Country Manager Germany (m/w/d)
Location: Germany (Munich / Berlin / Frankfurt preferred – remote with national travel)
Salary: Competitive basic salary with a very realistic OTE €90,000 – €100,000
Contract: Permanent | Full Time

The Opportunity
As Country Manager, you will play a central role in establishing REP Fitness as a leading strength equipment brand within the German fitness industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships and developing long-term relationships with key commercial operators and distribution partners.
The role offers a high level of autonomy and influence within the wider European leadership team and will suit an ambitious commercial professional who enjoys opening new markets, building brand presence and delivering measurable growth.
You will engage with commercial gym chains, boutique studios, performance training facilities and distributor networks, while contributing to the wider European go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Commercial Growth
Drive national revenue growth and increase REP Fitness’ market presence across Germany
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with European expansion objectives
Identify and secure new opportunities across commercial gyms, performance facilities and multi-site operators
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across gym groups and distributors
Negotiate and secure high-value commercial agreements
Account Management & Network Development
Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts and wholesale partners
Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and commercial performance
Support the growth and performance of distributor relationships
Brand Representation & Market Insight
Represent REP Fitness at industry trade shows, events and networking forums
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to European leadership
Work closely with marketing teams to support brand awareness and market penetration
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate:
Proven success in B2B sales, commercial partnerships or business development
Experience within fitness equipment, strength training or performance-led environments
A track record of generating significant annual revenue and managing strategic accounts
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a national territory
Fluent German language skills (C1 minimum preferred)
