How do I register and keep up to date with vacancies?
The easiest way is to Connect using the button at the top of the homepage. You can register with LinkedIn, Facebook
or email. Once connected, you'll receive alerts for roles that match your profile and we'll represent you proactively -
including for roles that aren't publicly advertised. -
Does it cost me anything to use your services?
No. Our service to candidates is completely free of charge. We are paid by the client organisations we work with. You'll
receive full support, honest advice and market guidance at no cost to you. -
Should I just apply for as many jobs as possible to give me a better chance of getting a job?
We'd recommend a targeted approach. Apply for roles where you're genuinely excited and where you meet the core requirements. A focused application will always outperform a scatter-gun approach. If you're unsure about a role, reach out and we'll give you an honest steer.

I have applied for a vacancy on your site, does this mean that my CV has been sent for the job?
Not automatically. Applying means we've received your details and you're now on our radar. We'll review your background and contact you if there's a strong match. You'll also be connected and receive regular updates about new roles.

What if they leave, do I get a refund?
Yes. We have guarantee and rebate terms in place to protect both parties. The specifics depend on the seniority of the role and the terms agreed at the point of engagement. We're happy to talk through how this works before you commit - just reach out.

How will you find better candidates than our job adverts?

What roles do you recruit for?
The majority of our international mandates are at management level and above - Club Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Operations and C-Suite roles. We also place fitness-specific roles for premium operators in markets like the Middle East.
If you have a requirement outside these areas, it's always worth a conversation - we have a broad network and will tell
you honestly whether we're the right fit. -
I get that you are a fitness recruitment agency but can I also advertise my roles here and receive applications directly?
Yes 100%. We offer two services.
As an agency we will deliver in the services described and do all the work.
You can also advertise your vacancy and it will run on the site for 28 days and you will receive all applications.
