Medical and Fitness Sales Specialist in Dublin - Global Medical and Fitness Technology Brand

€45,000-55,000 (experience dependent) + uncapped commission

Location: Dublin, Ireland, with regular field travel throughout Ireland.

Our client is a global leader in body composition analysis technology, working across both medical and fitness markets throughout Europe. They're looking for a Sales Specialist based in Dublin to develop their direct medical, healthcare, fitness and wellness business across Ireland.

This is a genuine new-business role, giving you ownership of the full sales cycle across both medical and fitness segments. You'll be building a sustainable territory from the ground up, through proactive prospecting, product demonstrations and account development across hospitals, clinics, gyms and wellness facilities.

Working pattern: Full-time, field-based across Ireland, with regular travel to customers and industry events.

Key responsibilities:

• Territory development: Develop new medical, healthcare, fitness and wellness customers across Ireland and build a qualified sales pipeline.

• Prospecting and demonstrations: Prospect hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, fitness facilities, physiotherapy centres and wellness customers, and conduct product demonstrations and customer training.

• Sales cycle ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to proposal, negotiation and closing, and develop key accounts and multi-site opportunities.

• Market presence: Attend relevant medical and fitness industry events, maintain accurate CRM records, and monitor competitor activity and local market opportunities.

About you:

• Qualified: A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experienced: At least two years of medical-device, healthcare, fitness-technology, wellness or related B2B sales experience, with a proven ability to win new business.

• Communicative: Fluent English with strong presentation, negotiation and territory-management skills.

• Mobile: A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Ireland.

• A bonus: Medical-device or diagnostics sales experience, experience across hospitals, clinics, nutrition, rehabilitation, fitness or wellness customers, or an existing network in the Irish healthcare or fitness market.
