Medical and Fitness Sales Specialist in Budapest - Global Medical and Fitness Technology Brand

€22,000-30,000 equivalent (local contract paid in HUF, experience dependent) + uncapped commission

Location: Budapest, Hungary, with regular field travel throughout Hungary.

Our client is a global leader in body composition analysis technology, working across both medical and fitness markets throughout Europe. They're looking for a Sales Specialist based in Budapest to develop their direct medical, healthcare, fitness and wellness business throughout Hungary.

This is an independent, new-business-focused role for someone who enjoys developing a local market largely on their own initiative. You'll be creating new sales opportunities, demonstrating the product, and building strong relationships across both healthcare and fitness customers throughout the country.

Working pattern: Full-time, field-based across Hungary, with regular travel to customers and industry events.

Key responsibilities:

• Territory development: Develop new medical, healthcare, fitness and wellness customers throughout Hungary and build a qualified territory sales pipeline.

• Prospecting and demonstrations: Prospect hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, nutrition providers, rehabilitation centres, gyms and wellness customers, and conduct product demonstrations and customer training.

• Sales cycle ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation and closing, and identify strategic local growth opportunities.

• Market presence: Attend relevant medical, healthcare and fitness industry events, maintain accurate CRM records, and monitor competitors and provide structured market feedback.

About you:

• Qualified: A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experienced: At least two years of medical-device, healthcare, fitness-technology, wellness or related B2B field-sales experience, with a proven ability to develop new customers independently.

• Fluent: Native-level Hungarian and professional working proficiency in English, with strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Mobile: A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Hungary.

• A bonus: Medical-device or diagnostics sales experience, experience across hospitals, clinics, nutrition, rehabilitation, fitness or wellness markets, or an existing professional network in Hungary.
