Ladies Club Manager

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 12000-15000 SAR per month

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Ladies Club Manager to lead a ladies fitness club in Al Khobar.

As the on-site leader, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional member experience, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence across the club. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, achieving results, and creating an outstanding fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the club.

• Drive membership sales, renewals, retention, personal training, and secondary revenue.

• Monitor key performance indicators including sales conversion, member retention, attendance, and club profitability.

• Coach, develop, and inspire the club team while promoting a culture of accountability and excellent service.

• Work closely with the Fitness Manager and Sales Team to maximise member engagement and commercial performance.

• Oversee the full member journey, ensuring exceptional service from enquiry through to renewal.

• Maintain high operational standards, including staffing, cleanliness, safety, equipment, and compliance.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve club results.

About You

You will bring:

• Management experience within the fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industries.

• A strong understanding of membership-based businesses, sales performance, and member retention.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver results.

• Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.

• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
