We are an established and growing Pilates studio in Kuwait seeking a passionate, energetic, and client-focused Pilates Instructor to become an integral part of our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves movement, enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, and wants to contribute to a positive, community-driven studio culture. You'll work alongside a supportive team while helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through exceptional Pilates instruction.

About the Role

As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging group classes and private sessions while creating a welcoming and motivating experience for every client. Beyond teaching, you'll play an active role in the studio's growth by supporting daily operations, community events, and social media initiatives.

We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, and enthusiastic about being a visible ambassador for the studio both in person and online.

What You'll Do

• Teach high-quality Pilates Mat and Reformer classes

• Conduct private training sessions

• Build strong relationships with clients and foster a welcoming community atmosphere

• Support daily studio operations and scheduling

• Assist with organizing workshops, events, and community activities

• Contribute to social media content and marketing initiatives

• Participate in photos and video content for the studio's digital platforms

What We're Looking For

• Female Pilates Instructor

• Pilates Mat and Reformer certification from a recognized training provider

• Minimum 1 year of group fitness teaching experience

• Strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and effective cueing

• Fluent English speaker

• Positive, professional, and confident communicator

• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait (for candidates applying internationally)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Barre certification

• Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates certification
