About the Club
This is a well-established, modern fitness club with a strong member base and excellent facilities. The club offers a welcoming environment, high standards, and genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow.

The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of running the club. You will oversee daily operations, coach and motivate staff, and ensure an outstanding member experience. This is a hands-on role combining leadership, organisation, and direct member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the leadership and management of the club
  • Deliver a smooth daily operation and maintain high service standards
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver excellent results
  • Drive sales, retention, and local marketing initiatives
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation across the club

About You

  • Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in fitness or other similar sectors.
  • Relevant fitness qualifications (EQF Level 3 or 4, or bachelor’s degree in training/related field)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A passion for fitness and excellent customer service
  • Fluent German (B2+) and English
