Assistant Manager – Fitness Club (New Opening)

Salary: CHF 4,250–4,550 + upto CHF 2500 annual bonus + 100 % Personal trainer revenue+ benefits

About the Club
A brand-new fitness club is opening in Altdorf, offering state-of-the-art facilities, a welcoming atmosphere, and an affordable membership model. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new launch and play a key role in shaping the success of the club from day one.

The Role
We are recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the launch and ongoing management of this new fitness club. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help establish standards, build a strong team culture, and deliver an outstanding member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in launching and operating the club
• Deliver excellent customer service and support member retention
• Lead and coach staff on the gym floor
• Drive local marketing, sales, and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation

About You

• Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in fitness or similar sector
• Relevant fitness qualifications (EQF Level 3 or 4, or bachelor’s degree in training/related field)
• A passion for fitness and strong people skills
• Organised, proactive, and service-driven
• German (B2+) and English proficiency
• Ambition to progress into a General Manager role in the future
