Membership Consultant – Premium Health & Wellness Club

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Contract: Full-time Salary: Circa €2,810 per month base + approx. €1,000 - €2,000 monthly uncapped commission (OTE c. €4,810/month)

The Opportunity

As a Membership Consultant, you will be the face of the club — inspiring prospective members, showcasing the facilities, and converting enquiries into long-term memberships.

You'll split your time between a vibrant office environment (approximately 70% phone-based outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management) and the club floor (30% delivering tours, supporting events, and onboarding new members) — ensuring every new member receives a premium, personalised welcome.

Given the club's premium positioning, value-based selling and relationship building sit at the heart of this role. Prospects are typically most sensitive to price, so your ability to communicate value with confidence and warmth will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospective members through phone, email, and in-person consultations

• Deliver inspiring club tours that bring the premium membership experience to life

• Convert enquiries into memberships through consultative, value-led selling

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Onboard new members and deliver an exceptional after-care service

• Represent the club's values and ethos at all times, both in the office and on the club floor

About You

• Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred — attitude and drive matter most

• Confident communicator, comfortable handling price-based objections

• Target-driven with strong organisational and administrative skills

• Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering premium service

• Dutch language skills strongly preferred given the local membership base

• Able to work flexible shifts, including one weekend day and two evening shifts per week

Typical shift patterns:

• 09:00 – 17:00

• 12:30 – 21:00
