We’re recruiting Fitness Trainers to join a fast-growing boutique circuit training studio in Saudi Arabia, delivering dynamic, high-energy 30-minute workouts that combine strength, conditioning and kickboxing-inspired training.

If you love being on the gym floor, coaching members face-to-face and creating an electric studio atmosphere — while earning tax-free income — this could be your ideal next move.

This role is open to candidates across the EU who are excited about relocating and building an international career.

Salary & Package

SAR 10,000 – 13,000 per month (tax free)
≈ €2,450 – €3,200 per month
≈ €29,500 – €38,000 per year tax free

The Role

Your mission is simple:

Help members become stronger in 30 minutes – physically and mentally.

You’ll lead every session, motivate members and create an outstanding training experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coaching & Training

• Lead small-group, circuit-based workouts

• Demonstrate exercises and coach correct form

• Keep sessions safe, fun and high energy

• Support members of all abilities with modifications

• Stay active and involved throughout each class

Member Experience & Growth

• Welcome new members and deliver introductory sessions

• Convert trials into long-term memberships

• Build strong member relationships and studio community

• Support marketing initiatives and local outreach

Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, premium training environment

• Support check-ins and front desk duties

• Assist with retail and member enquiries

• Ensure equipment and spaces are always session-ready
