Senior Coach – Corrective Exercise & Rehab Lead

Full-time | 48 hours per week | 6 days per week

Base Salary: SAR 13,538 – 15,903 per month

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced rehab-focused Senior Coach to join a premium integrated wellness facility in Riyadh.

This role is ideal for a practitioner who can bridge corrective exercise and performance coaching — supporting clients transitioning from pain, post-physio rehab, or chronic movement limitations back into confident training.

This is both a delivery and leadership position. You will coach at a high standard while owning the systems and protocols that drive corrective consistency across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Corrective Coaching Delivery

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group corrective sessions

• Programme for common movement limitations (low back, shoulder, hip/knee, mobility restrictions, tendinopathy principles)

• Apply structured load management, regressions/progressions and graded exposure

Assessment & Standards Ownership

• Lead the full corrective assessment journey (screen → plan → re-test)

• Develop and maintain SOPs, screening protocols and documentation standards

• Ensure coach calibration, safety compliance and escalation pathways

Integrated Team Collaboration

• Work closely with physiotherapy and recovery teams

• Ensure seamless handovers and operate within clear scope boundaries

Coach Development & Premium Service

• Support coach upskilling and quality assurance

• Deliver high-trust, premium member experiences

The Candidate

Essential

• 5+ years’ coaching experience with rehab/corrective emphasis

• Background in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy/Rehab or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of biomechanics, pain-informed coaching and load management

• Systems mindset with ability to implement standards

Desirable

• NASM CES, FMS/SFMA, PRI or similar

• CSCS / ASCA / UKSCA

• Sports massage certification

• Experience within an integrated clinic/gym model

The Package

• Base Salary: SAR 13,538 – 15,903 per month

• Housing: 25% of base

• Transport: 10% of base

• Estimated Monthly Total: SAR 18,276 – 21,469

• Occupancy bonuses up to +15% of base
