Operation and Service Manager – Premium Fitness & Wellness Club, Eindhoven

Salary: €40,000 – €45,000 per year (€3333 - €3750 per month)

This is a standout opportunity to step into a key leadership role at one of the most distinctive fitness clubs in the Netherlands. The club serves over 5,000 members — primarily professionals and corporates seeking a premium health and wellness experience.

As Operations and Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a consistently excellent member experience, and building a high-performance team culture. This is a hands-on, visible role with a strong presence on the floor — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring structure and accountability to a busy team.

You’ll also be supported in your longer-term development, with a clear path to a future General Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting front-of-house operations, including reception and duty management

• Coaching and managing a team of 10+ reception staff and 6–7 duty managers

• Establishing operational consistency through rotas, reporting, and communication

• Overseeing club presentation, member engagement, and service delivery

• Collaborating with department heads and supporting the General Manager in all areas

• Improving member satisfaction (target: 85%+) through structure and team performance

• Acting as Duty Manager for 2–4 shifts per week, including one weekend day

About You

• Operational management experience in fitness, hospitality, leisure, or service environments

• Strong people management and communication skills

• Comfortable working on the floor and leading from the front

• Highly organised and confident creating structure in fast-paced settings

• Able to oversee older buildings and facilities while maintaining high standards

• Ambitious and ready to step into a General Manager role in the near future
