Maintenance Operative – Premium Health & Wellness Club

You’ll play a key role in delivering a safe, seamless, and high-quality environment for both members and staff. If you're experienced in facilities or maintenance operations and take pride in creating smooth-running, safe spaces — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintaining and servicing club equipment and infrastructure to the highest safety standards
• Performing day-to-day repairs and technical checks (carpentry, plumbing, single-phase electrics, etc.)
• Supporting pool operations (if qualified) and ensuring all safety protocols are met
• Proactively identifying and resolving maintenance issues before they impact service
• Supporting multiple clubs in the region where required
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members

About You

• Skilled in a technical trade or discipline such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work (essential)
• Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between sites
• Proactive and self-sufficient with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about service excellence and working in a premium, member-led environment
