What you’ll do

- Fluent in German and English.
- Additional qualifications (e.g. back training, advanced trainer licences, CPD courses) are a plus.
What’s in it for you
- Competitive salary (€35–45K)
- Supported professional development through 1:1 coaching and learning programmes
- Opportunities to access external training funding
- Flexible working approach
- Employee wellbeing initiatives, charity involvement, and community engagement
