Sales Manager – Premium Fitness Club

Salary: €3,100 basic + €300–€500 monthly commission + bonus potential up to €7,500 annual bonus

The Role

We are searching for a Sales Manager to lead a team of three membership consultants. You will primarily manage inbound membership enquiries (85%) and dedicate the remainder (15%) to local marketing, events, and corporate outreach.

In this role, you will coach and inspire your team, embed a high-energy sales culture, and consistently drive membership growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team of three membership consultants.
• Convert inbound membership enquiries into new members.
• Drive local marketing initiatives, events, and corporate partnerships.
• Maintain exceptional member experience standards.
• Deliver on membership growth targets and key KPIs.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, passionate about sport, and a confident leader.
• Experienced in leading teams, with a background in sales or customer service environments preferred.
• Able to inspire, coach, and motivate others to reach goals.
• Flexible to work 40 hours per week—including 1–2 evenings and 1 weekend day (with 1 weekend off per month).

• €3,100 base salary + €300–€500 monthly commission + bonus potential up to €7,500 annual bonus
