The 51 clubs of TrainMore are divided into several regions. As a Regional Manager, you are
responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the area you manage around 15 clubs.
Monitoring and keeping high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, sales, and maintenance of
the gyms within your area are your key tasks. Daily checking in with your Club Managers is
paramount regarding the performance and development of your clubs. You should visit your
clubs at least twice a month, proactively coach on the floor, and report professional reports,
suggestions, and plans to the Operations Director.
Key tasks:
• Hiring and development of the Club Managers within your area.
• Proactively coaching your teams on sales and operations to ensure consistency of
our performance.
• Continuous monitoring of our KPI’s: satisfaction of our members and staff, sales
performance, cleanliness, and maintenance of the gyms.
• Creating ambitious but realistic targets that promote growth within every club you
manage.
• Professional development of your Club Managers and their staff through mentoring,
coaching and feedback.
• Selection of the club staff in collaboration with Club Managers;
• Weekly reporting to the Operations Director on overall performance.
