This is not a single-site management role.

This is one of the most significant leadership positions in their Danish operation.

The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of a large multi-site region spanning the greater Copenhagen area, leading a team of Cluster Managers, Gym Managers and their teams. You will be the driving force behind performance, culture and commercial growth across the region.

You will report into the Regional Director and work closely with central support functions — but this region is yours to lead.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Development

• Coach, lead and inspire a team of Cluster Managers to drive high performance across Gym Managers and their teams

• Create a regional culture that is challenging, stretching and supportive in equal measure

• Build clear succession plans and develop the next generation of leaders within your region

Commercial Performance & Strategy

• Identify and execute commercial and operational opportunities throughout the region

• Drive revenue growth, volume and yield across both the existing estate and new club openings

• Track, measure and communicate performance with clarity — ensuring the region wins against competition

Operational Excellence

• Drive compliance and quality delivery across all operational activities to maintain first-class member experience

• Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of members and teams across all clubs at all times

Business Partnering

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement

• Act as a credible, engaged leader who represents the brand at the highest standard across the region

About You

You might currently be:

• A Regional or Area Manager within fitness, retail, hospitality, co-working or leisure

• A multi-site operations leader ready to step up into a high-autonomy, high-accountability role

• A Cluster Manager in the gym or leisure sector with proven P&L and people leadership experience

• A commercially driven operator looking for a role with real regional scale and strategic influence

You'll likely bring:

• A strong track record of developing high-performing teams across multiple sites

• Sharp commercial and operational instincts — you understand what excellent looks like and know how to deliver it

• The ability to manage change in a way that is positive, sensitive to people and effective in execution

• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

• Resilience, adaptability and a hands-on, can-do mindset that creates a genuine sense of team

• Danish language skills (preferred) and the ability to work across a geographically dispersed region

The Package

• 61,077 DKK per month basic salary (all Regional Managers are remunerated consistently)

• Annual performance bonus of up to 10%
