Salary: SAR 24,300 – 28,350 per month (tax-free)
Annual Package: £55,448 – £65,868/$75,553 – $89,751 tax-free
(Includes 25% accommodation allowance and 10% travel allowance)
Contract: Full-time · 48 hours per week · 6 days per week
Contract Length: 2 years (with annual return flight)

This is a rare opportunity to join at launch phase and play a pivotal role in shaping one of the most ambitious, data-driven health and wellness propositions in the region.

The Concept

The club spans over 3,000m² and brings together elite fitness, group exercise and clinical provision under one roof.

The offering includes:

• A cutting-edge main gym and private gym
• Dedicated ladies-only gym and studios
• Multiple boutique studio spaces
• Preventative health services and diagnostics
• Recovery and performance technology including oxygen and cryogenic chambers

Membership pricing reflects the premium positioning, ranging from approximately £275 to £3,000 per month, targeting a highly discerning, results-focused clientele.

With significant backing in place, this is the first step in a multi-city and international expansion strategy across the GCC.

The Role

As Director of Wellness, you will own the fitness, coaching and group exercise proposition within the club, working in close partnership with the Clinical Director and Co-Founders.

This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for creating world-class outcomes for members while building scalable systems and standards for future expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a unified 12-week wellness methodology and signature programmes
• Partner with the clinical team to integrate medical and diagnostic pathways into coaching
• Recruit, lead and develop a team of elite personal trainers and instructors
• Support and collaborate with the Head of Group Exercise on timetable programming
• Own the end-to-end new member journey, ensuring exceptional touchpoints and outcomes
• Build global coaching standards, playbooks and QA frameworks
• Track and report on wellness outcomes, dashboards and measurable impact
• Drive innovation across training modalities, recovery technology and partnerships
• Deliver outstanding member success stories and retention
• Option to work with a small number of VIP personal training clients

The Package

• SAR 24,300 – 28,350 per month tax-free
• Annual tax-free earnings of £55,448 – £65,868
• Accommodation allowance (25%)
• Travel allowance (10%)
• Private medical insurance
• 21 days annual leave plus KSA public holidays
• One return home flight per year
• Performance-related bonus of up to 10% (linked to commercial, NPS and operational KPIs)
