Sales Agent – Relocate to Saudi Arabia (Premium Fitness Brand)

Location: Cairo (role based in Saudi Arabia after relocation)**

Salary: SAR 4,500 basic ($1200) + commission up to SAR 4,500 ($1200)

Total earning potential: Up to SAR 9,000 per month (approx. $ 2,400)

Are you a confident, target-driven Arabic-speaking sales professional looking to build a long-term career with a fast-growing international fitness organisation? We are hiring Sales Agents to join an expanding team across Saudi Arabia, with recruitment taking place in Egypt.

This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive in a high-energy sales environment, enjoy speaking with customers, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

What you will do:

• Make outbound calls and follow up on incoming enquiries

• Convert leads into new memberships through consultative sales

• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong rapport

• Support local marketing campaigns and promotional activity

• Represent a premium fitness brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What we are looking for:

• Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)

• Experience in sales, call centres, telesales, or customer service

• Strong communication and telephone skills

• Highly target-driven, resilient, and motivated by results

• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia

• Interest in fitness or customer-facing environments is beneficial

Salary & Commission:

• SAR 4,500 basic salary (approx. USD 1,200)

• Commission up to SAR 4,500 (approx. USD 1,200)

• Total potential monthly earnings: up to SAR 9,000 (approx. USD 2,400)

Relocation Support Package:

• One-way flight to Saudi Arabia

• Medical insurance

• First month’s accommodation (or until Iqama is issued)

• One annual return flight
