Salary: CHF 5,300 per month + CHF 117 expenses + performance bonus up to CHF 5,000 annually

About the Club
A large and successful fitness club in Wil is looking for an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of its operations. With high-quality facilities, strong membership numbers, and exciting growth opportunities, this is a fantastic chance to lead and develop within a dynamic business.

The Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for every aspect of the club’s performance. You will lead the team, ensure outstanding service delivery, manage budgets, and drive membership growth. This role requires a commercially minded and motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Manage operations, budgets, and performance KPIs
• Oversee member retention and customer experience
• Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation
• Develop a positive culture where staff thrive and members feel valued

About You

• Proven leadership experience within fitness, hospitality, or service-based sectors
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering results
• Energetic, motivational, and hands-on leadership style
• German (B2+) and English language skills
• Relevant fitness qualifications (EQF Level 3 or 4, or bachelor’s degree in training/related field)

Package & Benefits

• Monthly salary CHF 5,300 + CHF 117 expenses

Additional Information

• 42.5 hours per week
• Sundays off
• Personal training can be conducted outside of contracted hours (own insurance required)
