Lawrence co-founded Love Recruitment in 2015 alongside Abhi Lakhina, and today serves as CEO of the Love Recruitment Group, the parent company behind Love Recruitment, Love Recruitment International, Love Childcare Recruitment, and Love Fitness Jobs.

With a background spanning recruitment, sales, and leisure, Lawrence has spent over a decade building a network of relationships across the fitness, leisure, and wider commercial sectors. His focus is on the vision and growth of the group, expanding its reach, developing its people, and ensuring that the values of Service and Delivery run through everything the business does.

At LRI, Lawrence plays a supporting role behind the scenes, helping to shape the business, supporting the team, and ensuring the international operation has the foundations it needs to grow. While Abhi and Tom lead the day-to-day recruitment work globally, the business they operate is one Lawrence helped build from the ground up.
