Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist – Corporate Wellbeing (m/f/d)

We’re delighted to be supporting a global organisation, who are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to join their on-site team in Ingelheim am Rhein.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and empathetic fitness professional who enjoys working directly with employees to improve health, wellbeing, and workplace comfort. The role will involve a mix of physiotherapy and fitness coaching.
About the role
Working within an on-site corporate gym environment, you’ll play a key role in promoting health, movement, and wellbeing within the workplace. Your day-to-day work will focus on supporting employees through preventative care, ergonomic assessments, and rehabilitation processes - helping them stay active, productive, and engaged - whilst also supporting them on their fitness journey through delivering personal training sessions and classes.
Key responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with employees and clients, understanding their individual wellbeing needs.
- Carry out ergonomics training, workplace assessments, and reintegration programmes.
- Identify and address common physical and psychosocial issues, offering counselling and preventive care.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share insights and suggest improvements.
- Deliver a professional, people-focused service that enhances employee wellbeing.
- Work independently on-site while remaining connected to the wider wellbeing network.
About you
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy.
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
- Strong practical knowledge of physiotherapy; occupational physiotherapy experience is desirable.
- Able to work autonomously with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about promoting health, movement, and workplace wellbeing.
